Those wanting Brexit to be cancelled should hope May wins her confidence vote today. Then Labour will swing behind a second referendum which will become inevitable; the polls suggest a narrow remain win if that happens.
If May loses her confidence vote either Corbyn attempts to form a minority govt, which won't last; or there'll be an election, in which neither main party will promise a second referendum. Whoever wins it - and it's certainly not impossible or even that unlikely that's actually the Tories again, with a new leader and an actual majority this time - a new referendum and a cancellation of Brexit is much less likely.
