Thanks for that. I don't have a webcam they just said

statements like 2we've been monitoring your web activity" which presume is a standard statement. Its just seeing my passwords written down in an email shocked me....they had the words but not the numbers at the end of the password text. Yep I'll delete the accounts and change passwords.
