Just make sure that you've changed all your passwords and none of those mentioned are

being used anymore.

They managed to get old passwords from one of the big hacks in past years (e.g. LinkedIn), so as long as you make sure those passwords are no longer being used then ignore it.

All the rest of the threats are bulls**t.

When you say "monitoring" I think you mean they says they have been recording your webcam... ;-).
