Petrol engines are lighter than diesel, largely because the cylinder pressures in diesel

engines are so high. That weight has an influence on the efficient of the vehicle. Electric cars are massively heavy. Being from a racing background, that's a serious issue for me!

Basically, we all need to use less energy, whatever form that energy is delivered in. For cars, that means moving less mass
