What utter bollocks

Job Seekers allowance is not means tested , i got it after i was made redundant and before i retired and i had all my redundancy money and personal savings and my wife was working

Either you were claiming something that wasnt Job Seekers or lying

And why should they not ask you relevant questions regarding your situation , most of it is to make sure you are claiming to what you are entitled to and to advise if you could claim for other benefits
