In my opinion, if we DID succeed this year or next (succeed meaning promotion) then

most probably Farke would continue, and Webber would move on to another club to do the same thing.

Obviously I could be entirely wrong and perhaps he would challenge himself to do a similar thing at the highest level at some stage, but if you see how tuned in he seems to be to emerging talents or those on the fringe, it feels as though what he really enjoys is turning around a programme and then passing them on when the structure and culture is where he wants it, and sustainable.

But let's hold our horses a while for although it for a very good evening makes, one swallow does not a summer make.
