Our managers only ever leave for one of two reasons

They take us on a really s**t run and get sacked. Or they take us on an amazing run and get poached. I suppose there is a third option which is they do good enough for us and stay for years to become a club legend, but football is probably past that now.

Anyway, if he gets poached, at least it will mean he’s had an amazing run. Probably.

As it stands, he’s more likely to get offered a youth/u23 coaching role. If he gets us top 6 with a young squad full of academy products, he’ll get offers.
