It looked like you got a few replies and started a new post saying "that escalated quickly"

Anyway, I think Spanish football takes an absolute kicking on here, and often surpasses natural observation.

Watching De Gea make a tremendous save reminds me of how he was singled out as s**t from the moment he stepped on a football field in England. As usual there was no basis for it, just the want for it to go wrong for him to fail

Why?

Because he's Spanish, obviously
