May I add

Having an owner who is passionate about the club is a brilliant idea. Investment is vastly overrated. A few suggestions:
1) restate your delight in being a nice community club at every opportunity so that no one desires anything so unfriendly as success
2) showcase how every club that that had investment from nasty people who don’t even have nephews has spectacularly backfired
3) make sure all the fans confirm this approach on every social media channel because there are only the two possible scenarios of loving club and no money, or money and hating club.
