To take Bielsa as an example, he's insisted on a certain approach and will not change it

With Farke he seems to make constant changes tactically and in personnel instead of having a single approach tactically.

He hasn't identified his best 11 or best formation, the dropping of Marshall yesterday was an example. He had started all the games so far and was bizarrely dropped.

Also the resting of Tettey for a key match was not something we can afford to do. I doubt an experienced manager would rest a key player just because he's a bit tired. It smacks of weak management.
