There’s more than that but I agree fundamentally it all comes back to

Ownership and lack of resources.

That is evident even in the way we have to sell early in the window to create cash flow do not able to hold out for stupid money. The same was true when we went up to the prem under Neil where we clearly had to wait for tv monies to come in whereas those with rich owners can spend immediately.
