I can think of three

1. Leaving Worthington in about a year too long.

2. The will we/won't we dithering over Hughton, followed by the ludicrous timing of his dismissal.

3. Leaving Neil in about 4 months too long.

But given my first one dates back over a decade, and that after we got rid of Neil, we changed our entire vision/long term plan as a club, your complaints don't hold that much water. The real issue is: we don't have any money, and the board have been completely negligent in setting its face against almost all possibilities.
