Which I put in the 'be yourself' bracket.

If I'm interviewing, then 80% of them will have all the requisite skills (you passed the cv paper sift, but there's always one bulls**tter that slips through)

20% will stuff up the interview through lack of prep.

Choosing between the rest comes solely down to 'could I spend 8 hours a day sat next to this person?'

You cant really prep for that beyond being a nice, friendly person and letting that come out in the interview.
