In my time I've also interviewed many many people....One other tip

is to try and have some form of individuality that means the interview panel will recall you at the end of the day (or days). Yes you will have answered the questions well and yes the panel will have notes. All of the suggestions made below - especially by Cardiff - are spot on. However at the end of the day if a number of people meet the criteria then anything that will help you stand out from the crowd when the panel are considering who to appoint is useful.
