We played some good stuff in the first half. But our press was not good like you say.

We would send one person charging after the ball rather than press as a team. The rest would sit near the half way leaving the wide men alone and hence gifting Fulham an outlet every time our one pressing man got close to the ball carrier.

Fulham showed us what a good press looks like. They had 3-4 people working together to angle the ball towards the left back or right back and put him under pressure constantly.
