Indeed, it's such a redundant term

absolutely everyone posting here is heavily influenced by their own biases and own subjective likes and dislikes. No-one is posting objective truths. As you said, using terms like 'agenda' to try to belittle an opinion or close down a debate is simply using your own agenda.

Spot on as well about playing the man not the ball. When someone starts attacking the poster(s) rather than the contents of the post(s) - it shows that they are more interested in stifling debate than on having a discussion. Perhaps because they can't substantiate their own opinions.
