Yes, I feel sorry for their fans. Very sorry for them. West Ham should never, ever have moved from the Boleyn. That place gave them an amazing boost; such a tight knit ground, so intimidating for visiting sides, situated right in the heart of the local community.
The moment they moved to that ridiculous white elephant of a concrete bowl, the soul was ripped out of that club, by owners who are a cynical beyond belief bunch of chancers. This isn't remotely a case of fans unhappy because their team is struggling. These are fans who've had their home ripped away from them, and who know their club will never be the same again.
