yeah what we're doing now is a risk too.

there's been someone on here saying we're just following a little old Norwich safe option - but trying to restructure the club (at least on the football side) is a massive risk - probably beyond if we'd just tried keeping Irvine and a little evolution of the playing squad - certainly when it comes to promotion

long term though we are trying to put something in place that is sustainable, something lasts beyond the next promotion and desperation to keep in the Premier League to just be able to afford to pay ever higher wages and ever higher transfer fees

it probably won't come off (chances are nor would the Irvine route have done) but i like that we're trying something different

imagine how great it would be to be the first club to with the league with absolutely no strikers at all?

yeah, it does feel like thats the plan at times - but i'd like to know a bit more about the January targets that got away before i condem either Webber or Farke outright for January
