no-one, including Jim, has ever talked about any plan leading to 'guaranteed promotion'. And we've seen at Norwich many times in the last 20 years, that loan signings can have a great positive impact, or a great negative impact.

So surely he is correct that the right kind of loans can be highly beneficial, while it's also important to avoid the wrong kind of loans.
