this is what happens, the issue gets clouded by trivia. the issue is the accountability of NGOs and what checks and balances should be implemented and monitored and by whom and who is to be brought to account when these people abuse their positions.

In the past it's been the path of least resistance to do nothing, turn a blind eye c.f. Kofi Annan, so that's what has happened and that is why we see s**t like UN peacekeepers "offering" relief food for sex to children as young as 8 in Africa, Child prostitution and people trafficking in the Balkans. Don't fret too much about logos.
