I agree that is inappropriate but again

I don;t think he was saying they have a blanket ban on Africans. He was saying they have 7 African players in their squad already, they've had some issues with some of them in the past and therefore they don;t want to add to that contingent at the moment.

Admittedly he was saying it badly!
