How much money will be taken out of the school budget to pay those who will run the school as an academy?

How is the school is going to cover those costs, will it be higher class sizes, fewer teachers?

The school is currently accountable to local people via the council and parents represented on the school board. Becoming an academy will mean a loss of accountability. How will parents be able to hold the private company running the schools to account?
