I’ve started drinking some shakes again as some good stuff was on offer but despite training a lot recently, I’ve put on a tiny bit of weight. Hoping some of that is muscle though.
If you’re solely looking to lose weight, I’d just keep what you’re doing and eat a sensible diet with no s**tty carbs - crisps, chocolate, alcohol, sweets, etc.
