Your description of other clubs “embracing the future” is what made me think you were in the for camp.
This kind of thing is always going to divide opinion. For me (and surely everyone?) the ideal would be a local businessman with loads of cash that loves the club and community and also shows some ambition and nous. Now that is unrealistic.
But if there is someone out there that could come in and build on what is already there, someone that would take a long term view on delivering sustained success, they would be great too, regardless of where they’re from.
Not sure how many of those there are though really.
