Got an MRI scan appointment but, despite me telling the cardiologists secretary that I was away for two weeks at end of Jan, is while I a away. Re-booked it for Feb but another example of inefficiency. It only took a couple of minutes for some one to re-book it, but it was unnecessary and if that were repeated several hundred times throughout the country, amounts to a significant amount of wasted time
