there's no doubt that the coalition's health reforms actually managed to introduce many

additional inefficiencies into the system - it is wrong to say that the NHS's problems stem from the inefficiencies of being publically run alone, or that spending all that money on private healthcare will solve the problems either.

if it was just a question of system why are you also advocating additional spend?
