?Andy is working very hard for this football team"-He is? At what, exactly?

"...we have got to give him our full support and really get behind him..." -I guess that means you're not going to drop him them?

?We have got to go out there and do our job,?-Oh God, he's going to say "sit-u-ation" in a minute, isn't he?

?If people see you doing your job well and you win the game - then hopefully they will react to that." -But, apparantly, if we see you doing your job poorly and NOT winning games, then its not acceptable to respond to that, indeed, its as acceptable to lose them, judging by the support you still have?

?Come and support your club, get behind your team - that is the biggest message I can give"-No, the biggest message you can give is a pledge to get a team out there of 11 good footballers who pass the ball well, and are played in their best position.

"Because the players really do need it."-Correction, they need good management and coaching, and they DON'T need to be publicly criticised.

Worthington feels the 3-0 win over the Seagulls has given his side a solid platform upon which to build. And although he isn't making any bold predictions about making a late surge for the play-offs-You don't say? And I thought we were still certainties.
