He has run out of steam, he has spent a lot of money on this squad, which is now playing terribly and has been lucky not to slide into the play-off places.

Time time time, goes the mantra. No to knee-jerk reactions...etc etc.

Bollocks, if we had chopped him in November I think we would have a good chance of going up this year. At the moment the only place we are going is sideways or down. We will lose more of our good players at the end of the season, and we can't afford to keep replacing them.

He's had 5 years, and he has done some great things for us, but all things must come to an end, and that end should be now.
