We can't go up or down so no point in getting rid of Worthington now.
If the board decide a change is required then make it at the end of the season and at least give Worthy a chance to turn things round.
No point in the knee-jerk reaction as it rarely works.

Take Newcastle. They bin Bobby Robson as he lost 4 out of 5 games at the start of the 03/04 season and bring in Souness. Now look where they are. 50m worse off and a team of total numpties.
