Good old Auntie Beeb...

has been slated for buying a s**t load of domain names, that they're never like likely to use.

Also they paid $375000 to buy the bbc.com domain name from a US firm, Boston Business Computing. A quarter of a million to buy a bloody domain name that they've never actually used. And you wonder why people moan about them frittering away licence payers money.

Oh and that's another thing that's pissed me off. Read yesterday that ANYONE in this country watching live TV broadcasts either streaming via broadband, or on their 3G phone still have to stump up the full cost of a TV licence. FFS.
