After more stupid NW comments last night...

I think McV should move on, because he's a footballer rather than a plodder; someone with the ability to control a ball, hit it with both feet, and have the brains and ability to try to do things that are above the level of most of the carthorses that Worthless drools over.

It's just blatantly obvious that Worthless can't see the merit of someone like him, who will by definition bugger things up or not look good in certain games, simply because he has some ambition to play the killer ball, try the fancy flick etc. Worthy only wants headless chicken athletes that will run around aimlessly a lot, chasing the ball and not having a clue about how to retain or use it. A couple of these type of players are useful, but to fill a whole team with them will get us precisely where we are; nowhere!

Our manager does not understand or value technical skills or ability, perhaps because he was a limited pro himself. Odd though, you'd have thought that someone who spent some time playing behind Chris Waddle at Sheff Weds might be a bit more appreciative of the finer parts of the game...
