Worthy's excuses questionable

One big question that needs an answer is why the players, like McVeigh and before he left, Francis, are so demotivated. He should ask himself why he feels a player like McVeigh isn't trying harder to get a new contract. He should stop making excuses about players lack of committment after all he's responsible for that, it's part of being a football manager and look at why he can't command that committment. Something is clearly wrong and coming out publicly to once again criticise Paul McVeigh seems like a strange tactic from a manager wanting the best from his players.
