And he constantly calls her "Crooked Hilary"

So it hardly fell as a bombshell, and anyway (a) everyone just takes it as another bit of totally bonkers Trump rhetoric which he obviously doesn't actually mean, it was just quite a smart one-liner to throw her off her stride and (b) as GOBB says, even if he meant if he couldn't do it.

So I think that explains the general lack of reaction pretty clearly
