its based on what they're on now.

'championship' wages will have a huge upper and lower difference. if they're in the lower end (more than likely as youngsters who hadn't played much first team before) we could offer a vary sizable increase yet not exceed what people deem to be champs wages.

regardless of big money offer etc, if we come in offering double your wage (feasible if say 4k to 8k a week) then thats a really tempting offer and starts the negotiations.

time will tell. i hope they stay

and, more importantly, this is the reason i enjoy us being in the champs. there is no way the'd have started so much in the prem.

champs with its more games and slightly lower standard offers our youth an exciting opportunity, which im proud AN is doing
