Go outside. Look on the floor. See that dark brown/blackish stuff?

Its called soil. Get involved with it. Investigate it thoroughly with your fingers. Dig a little hole, go on, get right in there.

When your hands are filthy, come in and wash them, in a sink, using a standard domestic soap. Trust me, you won't have any beef after this most simple of processes.

Source: been getting oil and/or paint off my hands without making the sink look like a Jackson Pollock dirty protest.

Nuclear option: tip a load of the cheapest, nastiest non-bio washing powder on your hands (Daz is best imho) and scrub your hands. Works everytime.
