What gets my goat is a lack of perspective and how it goes into meltdown

The track record as others have said is there for all to see with clear thought; don't rejoice too hard when we win or throw the rope over the beam when we lose.

I am happy with Alex, you don't go up as we did before without talent, planning, knowledge or motivational skills. His admission he got it wrong today says it all, cut him some slack folks.

I respect others opinions other than those who cannot see or respect that others can take an opposite view sometimes.
