Some advice.........

(1) Obviously seek quality legal advice on compensation.

(2) Fuck them. Why work for a company that doesn't appreciate a quality worker.
While it may seem a wrench now, why invest further years in such a company.

(3) Always try and have enough "f**k you" money saved in any situation so if things turn sour you are not pressured to stay in a bad spot.
