some nice images, "this is us", and an email address or phone no for any queries. No need to code up a web form, though you can do them on popular platforms like wordpress very simply. As time goes on he could add customer testimonials to the bottom of the page but keep the contact details very visible - someone coming to the site should not have to scroll down (or have a "contact us" page with snailmail addy, email and phone or something).

Think Wordpress is free for small sites and if not then there are others out there.
