This is the thing... people feel the need to have a website but

if it amounts to nothing more than an online business card it is a lot of effort for small reward.

Online submit forms are notorious for falling over - most people will pick up the phone. And mouth to mouth is the best way to conduct business. Personally I'd dump the form. (sorry AB!).
