Yep,but working class, under qualified people genuinely do fear for their jobs

In an environment where industry jobs are increasingly controlled by angencies and big business because it's so easy to hire someone for 6 weeks and then f**k them off.It's so f**king easy to bully and belittle people who can't converse at the same level "you" can. (Not you specifically ).And that happens far too much in this country.
