We are here because we've refused to have a debate about immigration
Hence the risk of UKIP and the impending Brexit vote.
Had we on the left actually had a discussion with people who had concerns about immigration this whole mess could (and should) have been knocked on the head years ago.
It was never going to go away and shouting RACIST at people was never the answer.
