enough pratts seemed to have made it over though

I take the point that a great many England fans will be getting caught up in stuff they don't want to be near, but there's enough photographic and video footage of England fans getting into scuffles with police in circumstances where a sensible person would take one look at the riot police and police dogs and think 'Hmm, maybe the hotel mini bar isn't looking such a bad option after all'.
