Essentially it's 25mins of solid cardio/circuit training a day, all that you can do in your own living room. No gym needed. It's called Focus T25 and it's excellent. It's a 10 week program with 5 weeks of Alpha stage, then 5 week Beta stage (which steps the intensity up). Just finished the Alpha stage last week and lost 5kgs in 5 weeks.
