Dyche, Howe, Flores, Martinez, Rodgers, Karanka, Bilic, Pochettino to name but a few

All depends on what you classify as young i suppose but all those listed are young in managerial terms and currently in British football and I believe would be considered rightly or wrongly as brighter talents than Alex Neil by the footballing world outside of Norwich.
