Employment and workplace bullying advice
My wife works for an academy and her direct superviser sees her as a threat as wife is career driven and gets outstanding in all observations and the best value added results in the academy.
The boss is getting over familiar with pupils and trying to get them to make up stories about my wife. One parent went in to school to warn her about this. Her boss is constantly causing trouble, undermining her and taking credit for her work too which makes it worse.
What on earth do you do?
