It's very difficult though

We are not seen as a particularly attractive destination for foreign players, partly because of geographical location and partly because we are seen as very "Brit-centric" club which they will probably see as less "foreigner-friendly" and more culturally difficult to adapt to. That is partly an inevitable result of our rapid elevation from League One a few years ago (from a position of huge financial insecurity) - it will take time to change that culture and perception (contrast with Swansea, who when they got promoted with us had already had quite a number of foreign managers and players and would have been seen as more "foreigner-welcome").
We have stated we are trying to establish a better European network for scouting/recruitment but we have to be patient for it to have an effect.
