Some, none or all of that may be true. The bollocks is blaming a particular age group for
the failures of successive governments to plan for the expected. It's victimism at its whingey, feeblest, most gratuitous, worst. And have a look at the leaders of the Leave movement - most are under 60. So more bollocks there.
