I?d say around spend is ?500 per month average.

On the saving side, I always take left over for lunches and finish things off so little food is thrown out. On the debit side, Gemma (when she is around say 50% of the time) has a gluten free diet so we have buy GF pasta, GF rolls and other items which are more expensive so the bill goes up.
