Bit difficult to comment on the other two charges without knowing more of the background. Is it the same girl or someone else?

On the face of it, it looks to be the same legal issue at play as in the Richards case, and in those instances it generally turns on whether it was reasonable to believe the girl was over 16 or not, which is going to depend on the facts of a particular case and the circumstances at the time.

I wonder if the apologists for Ched Evans will be backing Johnson in the same way?
