he's not mobile enough to be a lone striker in a fairly defensive line-up. IMO, he should really only be starting when we play with out and out wingers and are looking to get on the front foot. With VOO and Howson cutting inside all the time, his aerial threat in the box wasn't a factor.
That dribble he did when Affelay gifted him possession inside the Stoke half was also incredibly cumbersome.
